The Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) is an ISO standard (ISO 19152). LADM is a conceptual information model for Land Administration. The ArcGIS Parcel Fabric, released in 2019, is a physical implementation of LADM.
This recording provides some background on both LADM and the parcel fabric, walks through the different terms used, demonstrates the parcel fabric's conformance with LADM, and shows how to implement it.
Attached below is the LADM XML Workspace document. You can import it to a new geodatabase as demonstrated in this video.
