Adding Features using Java SDK

I'm having a problem adding features to an ArcGIS Online table using the source code found in adding a feature. Doing a single feature works just fine, but if I select multiple features and then loop through my ArcGIS Features, I end up with many duplicates. I'm not sure what is wrong.

It is worth looking at this sample to give you an idea of how to add features.  There is also some doc on the subject which explains things.

Also if you wanted to share some code then I could take a look.
