SAP and Esri GIS work pretty closely with each other. If your PM is implemented on SAP HANA and GIS is using the SAP HANA as the database, then you can have direct access to some of the GIS functions directly.

If you are looking to have your Asset information (Equipment and Functional Location) without SAP HANA and/or GIS not using SAP HANA there are multiple ways the integration can be defined.

In additiona to these ArcGIS Server services can be used directly to perform Location analytics using the ArcGIS REST APIs.
