We are implementing ESRI (10.2.1) as our new GIS platform where I work. In doing so we are adding our fiber, which has not been part of our GIS. Thus I created a fiber dataset following the information in ArcFM Solutions for Fiber Manager. While trying to digitize our data I receive the following error when trying to place a splice, splitter Location, or Transition point. "The create feature task could not be completed. RowConverter not initialized." Does any body know what the RowConverter is or how to correct this error so these items can be placed. We do not yet have Fiber Manager, but will be getting it so I am trying to prepare our data for use when we implement it.
