Are there any training lessons on how to import my own data into ArcGIS Online?

I have monthly housing permit data by City and unemployment data by MSA I would like to create graphs for in Business Analyst and ArcGIS Online but do not know how to set the excel or csv up to import.  Is there a webinar on this or booklet I can use learn from?
