I am trying to see if, with the simpler ArcGIS online (or AGOL), I can isolate the map extent. For example, can I have a student just look at the State of Arkansas as a study area and have that study area be against a white background without neighboring states around it. I can't figure it out on AGOL myself and so I can't expect it from students. Thank you in advance.
