Hello!  I hope all of you are having fun at the Esri Conference!!  I have a question regarding the possible availability of a trial version of Site Scan for my students.  My University has a site license and all of my students have an active ArcGIS Online account that we will be using this fall.  I'm teaching a basic class on drones, and at the end we dip our toes into remote sensing and imagery analysis.  Right now, I have my students using a 2 week free trial of DroneDeploy to upload some images, create models, and do some basic measurements.  I would love to switch to Site Scan.

Is there a way to get a free trial to Site Scan?

Thanks...

Kim

Hey @KimLersch1

From what I'm seeing, since it's an SaaS solution, it's not a part of standard ESRI Education agreements, but it does appear they offer education pricing lower than commercial pricing if that interests you! It appears that your Account Manager should be able to help with that!

Here is the link, it's at the very bottom:

Hi Cody,

Thank you so much!  My administrator is trying to work with me, but the University would prefer that I have the students download Drone2Map and go that route.  D2M is covered by the license.  So many of my students do not own computers that can run Esri software, making it tough to require the download.  I understand, but I'm hoping the Esri gods might intervene., especially for a short trial.  Thanks again!
