I do not see this place name in the geonet share list.
How can I share existing geonet content to this Health and Human Services geonet place?

That's not exactly the correct answer because I do not see "Spaces" in the Choose Location listing. I only see Following, Groups and Projects.
Is that something I can fix or is it a security setting of geonet?

I was able to select & share to that space within the "Following" list but no "Spaces" option like you are showing in your slide.

You should see the same options as Jayanta as your permissions are the same. Also searching for a place tends to be a little easier than browsing through hundreds of options.
