I'm one of the "owners" of the GIS Jobs board. I don't want to remove a post for a legitimate work opportunity, but can I ask you to flesh out the post a bit more? You can refer to the "how to post" article for the GIS Jobs board here:

In particular, try to match the template in that post as best you can. Simply saying "I can make it worth your while" doesn't give the prospective worker much detail, and users are less likely to respond to a post that doesn't seem as "put together" as others.
