Job Summary:
As an application Support Specialist, you will provide application and data support services for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-built per the priorities set by the supervisor. In this position independently you will provide specialized application and data development and support service tasks to ensure Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) applications are supported per the MnDOT/Minnesota IT DOT service level agreement (SLA), application support model, and to the satisfaction of the MnDOT business partner in a complex matrixed technical environment. This position will help plan and complete efforts for applications and databases within MnDOT’s large and complex Linear Referencing System environment.
