I'm building a model that requires selecting the top 5% of records in a table. I cannot find a tool that will allow me to do this simple action. I can calculate how many records to select for each table. And I can sort the table in the correct order so that all that is necessary is to select the top X records. But I can't find a tool to do this last simple step. I'm also not proficient in Python scripting, which is a major limitation.
