Unmatched Addresses in ArcMap are in MapQuest

I am not sure I am running the geoprocessing procedure correctly because I am getting ALOT of unmatched addresses.  However, when I put the same address in MapQuest it comes up right away.  I am using an Excel 2003 data file in ArcMap 10.  Can somebody explain the reasons for unmatched addresses (other than the obvious)?

To answer my own question - I used a different address locator and everything works.
