I have been trying to use the tiles labels to annotation tool, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. When I run the tool it generates the Annotation Feature classes and the tables show that there is data in them but nothing shows up in the map.
Several of the layers use python label expressions to pull label data from related tables. I am wondering if this is the problem. Manually converting labels to annotation works though. Any one else had problems with the Tiled Labels to Annotation tool in arcmap 10.6 using python label expressions?
