Successfully Published Service Fails to Run

I have a geoprocessing service built from a tool in ArcMap that says was published successfully, however when I try to run it, none of the outputs are created and I get the following error messages.  I checked on the geoserver, and all the files are there, but the geoprocessing service is not running correctly.  Any ideas on how to fix this, or why the service is not working?
