I'm attempting to execute an interpolation of a dataset of 15 points using the Spline tool. The Z values range from 1171 to 189010, and the points are within a somewhat short distance of each other. When ArcGIS runs the geoprocessing tool, it returns ERROR 999999: Error executing function. There are two other (possibly related?) errors of "Failed to open raster dataset" and "Failed to execute (Spline)." Other interpolation tools have also failed. My path name has only numbers, letters, dashes, underscores, and periods, which I think should be fine.
Any thoughts?
