Some old models don't show up in version 10 Catalog

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and, if so, what you've done about it.  I have a few models that simply don't show up in ArcCatalog 10.

Just for future reference, if you have old models (9.3.1, etc) that use the Data Interoperability extension, please make sure you have said extension re-installed (v10) before you try to run said models.  If not, they will not even be visible in Catalog.  lesson learned
