I have exhausted my ArcGIS online credits and now I have problems in loading the image basemaps in ArcGIS Pro. Are the two things related? Regarding the credits in the documentation I read: "Most of what you do in ArcGIS Online does not require credits—for example, using Living Atlas basemaps and imagery, exporting data, and performing single address or place searches"
