Need to resize raster cells from decimal degrees to meters

I have multiple raster sets that were made with a raster calculation that illustrate soil characteristics pre- and post-forest fires. the cell sizes of the raster are very weird tiny numbers and i cant reclassify or resize with any of the data management tools. i have put the rasters in a new mapfile and changed the data frame to UTM zone 10 (sacramento), but no luck. any suggestions?

Did you try Project Raster  in Data Management? See: ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)

This will create a raster with projected coordinates.
