I'm using Map to KML to export a map with several layers to KML. These include regular feature layers, two annotation layers, and a legend. The regular feature layers display in the kmz file just fine. The annotation and legend don't display. The annotation shows up in Google Earth as layers in the directory tree, but still don't display.
I have the 'Legend Layout Source' set to Layout. I've tried converting the annotation and legend to graphics, same result. They will display if I check 'Return single composite image', but the image is extremely rough and blurry. Theoretically I could export the map as an .svg file, then run it through an online converter, but our data is HIPAA privacy covered, so can't do that.
Running ArcGIS Pro 3.3, Standard license. I can get an Advanced license if necessary. All help, ideas, incantations, etc., appreciated. Thanks!
