I am currently following the Esri Technical Support "How To: Extract the area of a netCDF raster layer in ArcGIS Pro". I was wondering why the end result shows missing pixels and if it's possible to include those pixels as well? I circled the area I'm referencing in the image attached.

of particular interest perhaps is to examine the 'extent' option in the Environments tab for the tool. Perhaps you can alter it to pick up the centers of the missing cells.
A simple solution would be to use a slightly buffered polygon to expand the extent equally in all directions
