How to calculate the size of a feature class or feature dataset

Is there a tool or a command that shows the size in GB of a feature class, feature dataset, table etc.

If you open ArcCatalog and go to Customize > options you can tick on size in the contents table. This works for geodatabases but not personal geodatabases.
