You are talking about web application development with .net api, right? I think ESRI only provides ArcPy for Geoprocessing.

Actually, i'm working on an add-in for arcmap desktop application. if i have a point (x,y) then i need to go to this point at the current opened layer. i tired of searching how to refer to this point on the map
