Hello everyone,

I have 4 layers of polygons that goes one over the others (see screenshot in attachment).

I would like to create one big polygon from these 4 (the polygon should look like the FluoGreen in the screen shot).

I tried with the Merge tool but it keeps all the entities from the 4 layers. I want one big polygon.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

bring them into one feature class (you did that with the merge tool)
Edit the that feature class. Select all the polygons. Select Merge from the Edit dropdown.
save

Or use the Dissolve tool on your merged feature class.  Don't specify any dissolve or statistics fields and you probably want single-part polygons.
