While using the GPS log attached to my tablet computer in ArcMap, I received a blue screen of death, forcing the computer to restart. When I reloaded ArcMap, the GPS log file that I needed was unavailable. Upon trying to add the file back in, I got the following error message:
"Error opening feature class
Number of shapes does not match the number of table records
Number of shapes does not match the number of table records"
Thankfully I have a backup file so it would not be catastrophic if this file were lost, but I would much rather not have to redo the locations that I have already taken. Is there a way to fix this error and continue my progress on this file?
