Hello:
I need to create a geographic transformation but I can not find the tool. As you probably know, it was supposed to be at "Projections and Transformations", but the only tools I have there are: features (batch project, create spatial reference and project) and raster (define projection). What can I do?
I don´t know if this is useful, but I am using ArcGIS 9 (ArcInfo License without spatial analyst) and the following operating system: Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack3. License manager 9.3.1.
