Is there is a way to save label direct to the database??, in fact i have to save the label i want through save the MXD file but this is not practical for me, if i lose the MXD file i will be forced to start from from scratch with the label.

Kindly find the attached photo.

You could convert the labels to (feature-linked) Geodatabase Annotation (Annotation feature class).

Uncheck the Append option. Append is done only on existing Annotation feature class. For a new Annotation feature class, you need to uncheck the append option.

its work fine at label level, sorry i forgot to elaborate that i need to keep label and symology together (cartography level) and save them directly to database.

Another option is saving the point layer (with appropriate labels) as a layer file (.lyr).
