What is the issue. Do you get any error during connection. Can you provide the workflow followed to import excel table to SQL server. Does this table has geometry or x and Y coordinates information.
Is this SQL Server geodatabase enabled. Are you connecting from ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro or from SQL server client.
If you delete the imported table, can you connect or if you re-import the same excel table to SQL server helps resolving issue.
