Will the PowePoint slide decks be available to attendees?

On Wed. the Federal Govt. is Closed. We cannot attend the Conference while on administrative Leave. Can a link to the slide decks be provided?

I assume that you will be able to find them shortly after the conference is finished: Recent Proceedings 

I assume the URL will be something like:

http://proceedings.esri.com/library/userconf/fed18/index.html 

... since the 2017 presentations can be found here:
