I would like the join the YPN community, however I am unable to fill out the Survey123 to join. There is a red banner at the top of the survey that reads "You cannot submit records to the survey since you are not a field worker or the survey owner." I am logged into my organizational account when this happens. What could be causing this, and how can I join the community?
