How do I post in the Blog section?

I’m trying to post in the Blog section to share a longer form update, but I don’t see a “Post” button there like I do in the Questions or Networking sections. Has anyone experienced this or know if there is a specific permission or process required to post in the Blog area?

With a little more digging I have found the answer to my question. You must email ypn@esri.com to gain access.
