Download my purchased arc map on my new laptop

Hi There,

I purchased and set up arc map on my home laptop last year.  I now have a new laptop that I would like to setup arc map on but I don't know how to do this?  I can't access the emails from last year with the receipt, licence number etc.  How do I go about finding this information and re-downloading arc onto my new laptop?

If you set up a MyEsri account with your previous license purchase, you can log in there and find the downloads. If you do not remember your log in for MyEsri, you can contact Esri Customer Service to get back in.
