Course "ArcGIS Online Basics" won't load

I'm having trouble starting the course "ArcGIS Online Basics". I've tried two different login accounts, both site administrators, but either works.  I've tried clearing cache and hard refresh but no improvement.

Is there a training system issue?

I am having the same problems, tried several web courses on several browers/computers.

The esri e-learning site was having technical issues earlier this morning. The site should be working now.
