The 2025 exam version tests the candidate's experience applying ArcGIS concepts and processes to workflows. The exam will test the comprehension of basic GIS concepts within ArcGIS at an entry level. It will test on topics including entry-level mapping and visualization tasks, editing, sharing, analysis, and data management tasks. It expects that candidates have zero to two years of experience with ArcGIS Pro.

Candidates should perform entry-level mapping and visualization tasks, editing, sharing, analysis, and data management tasks. Qualified candidates should have up to two years of applied experience and should be proficient in best practices and uses of ArcGIS Pro.
