- an Exam Information Guide (EIG) is added to the exam details page for download
- a Learning Plan is added to the Course Catalog in Esri Academy
- an Esri Community Article is created and published sharing
- A digital badge for that exam version is created and published on the Credly website.
- Exam development participation opportunities are created in Esri Community for qualified candidates (more information below)

Visit the Exam Details Page in Esri Academy to access the Exam Information Guide and the certification exam Learning Plan.
- View the first page of the Exam Information Guide to see detailed exam information and determine if you meet the definition of a “qualified candidate”
- To prepare for the exam, interested candidates can ‘Wish List’ and 'Enroll' in the exam learning plan
- Learning plans are not required to be taken or completed prior to taking an exam, nor does completion of an exam learning plan guarantee you will pass an exam
- Interested candidates can ‘Wish List’ the exam to plan to take it if/when beta testing opens, or when the exam is operational
