I am currently teaching a GIS course this semester where the required textbook was not updated from the previous instructor. This was an oversight during some faculty transitions. As a result, the students purchased Getting to Know ArcGIS Pro Second Edition (2.3) rather than the current Fourth Edition (2.8).

The URL provided in the front cover no longer works (esri.com/gtkagpro2) so we've been using the data for the more current tutorials. However, they are running into issues.

Would it be possible somehow get a link to the files for the second edition? Posting here because my phone calls to ESRI Press haven't been answered/returned. Thanks!

Hi,

I think this should work for you.

This link is technically for the first edition, but I believe the same data were used.

If you run into any issues, do let me know.

Thanks,

Craig

Unfortunately that appears to use very different tutorials. I think the changes from GTK ArcGIS Pro version 2 to 4  are more minor updates. Thanks for trying though.
