Hello, I just renewed my Esri Partner Network Bronze and I was informed by my CSR to open a ticket on the Partner Network to get assistance in getting the new licensing.
I understand that Desktop licensing is no longer included in the transitional EPN licensing and I would also need assistance with this as well.
My company current still uses ArcMap as we work towards eventually transitioning to ArcPro.
The current licensing is set to expire on 10/14/25.
Please let me know what other pieces of information are needed.

Hi @KRamsey. To receive licensing support as part of your EPN agreement, please submit a case to the Partner Operations team in Partner Community. If you do not yet have Partner Community access, please submit a request to be added using this form. There's also a contact number at the bottom of this page if you need more immediate assistance.
