Is it possible to merge 2 or more .slpk fies into a single one? If so, then how can this be done?

One cannot merge the Scene Layer Packages. But, one can add multiple multipatch feature classes or other supported formats to ArcGIS Pro/ CityEngine, and create a Scene Layer Package.
