Marketing of what type?
Obviously you would not need to market the sale of electricity.
Are you looking for marketing in regards to options for things like hot water heaters, LED bulbs, getting people to conserve electricity. Or contacting someone in case of an outage?
Are you looking for Cooperative, Municipal, or IOU?
