How do I add a simple comma and space between 2 fields in Arcade.

All I want to do is label a layer in Map Viewer with $feature.Name, $feature.date. Looked thru all the literature I could find to no avail. I can label with the two fields in the new Arcade language but how do I add a comma and a space between the two fields?
