In ArcGIS Online an editable layer was created, anyone could draw a polygon and enter attributes. However, it looks like the attribute values aren't getting saved unless the polygon has been there through a refresh interval. I put some values in, closed the box and went back to check but they weren't there. In something not set correctly or is that the way editable layers in ArcGIS Online work?
