GPS- Koordinaten in Excel

Hallo liebe Esri Community,

Ich habe mir die 60 Tage Testversion von ArcGis für Desktop zu gelegt. Klappt auch alles soweit super.

Nun habe ich mit einem Garmin GPSmap 60CSx, GPS Koordinaten von einzelnen Punkten eines Gebietes aufgenommen und würde die jetzt gern in ArcMap einfügen und als Punkte auf der Karte darstellen.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit oder ein Programm (kostenfrei) wie ich die Punkte direkt in bspw. Excel einfügen kann ohne sie einzeln einzutippen, um sie dann in den jeweiligen Shapefile Attributtabelle einzubinden?

Ich hoffe Ihr versteht wie ich das meine und könnt mir helfen. Vielen dank schon einmal für Eure Hilfe.

If you explore into the directory of the GPS, you might find a *.gpx file. You could convert this file into a feature using GPX To Features—Conversion toolbox | ArcGIS for Desktop .

Falls du ein excell spreadsheet mit koordinaten hast kannst du eine mxd aufmachen und dann meinem screenshot folgen.

Hallo Tim​

danke dafür, das kann ich nachher bestimmt gut gebrauchen.

Mein Hauptproblem ist aber die Koordinaten vom GPS-Gerät schnell und einfach in Excel einzufügen, das ist vorhin vielleicht nicht ganz klar geworden. Da es über 100 Punkte sind will ich die nicht alle einzeln eintippen sondern gleich vom GPS in Excel übernehmen. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit/Programm?

Und bitte möglichst einfach formulieren da ich nicht der Technik bewandertste bin (spreadsheet hab ich noch nie gehört ).

Auch wenn mein Englisch nicht das beste ist, versteh ich ess soweit denke ich. Problem, da wird gesagt das ich das Garmin oder jedenfalls den "USB Mass Storage" angeblich im Arbeitsplatz sehen kann. Der wird bei mir aber nicht angezeigt! Bin ich einfach nur zu blöd oder brauche ich doch ein extra Programm?

Ich denke wenn du den Garmin mit USB anschliesst sollte er als Geraet im Computer da stehen. So wie wenn du ein USB stick reinsteckst.
