I am trying to create a feature layer from a (csv) table containing fields like country, city, street etc - analog to doing a new feature layer in AGO content by dropping the csv on the New item box. It seems Create point would be the only tool available (?), but constrained to xyz and otherwise single field location input only (WKT, WKB etc).
Any advice where to look, or whether this functionality is not available yet?
