Using VIC model data with ArcGIS (convert to NetCDF?)

Is there a way to bring output data from the VIC model (Variable Infiltration Capacity Macroscale Hydrologic Model) into ArcMap? Possibly one could convert them to NetCDF and use the Multidimension Tools?
