I am running Windows 10, and ArcGIS Desktop 10.4. I have several layers (feature classes) that are grouped together. The and boxes by the layers only work sporadically when clicking them. Sometimes clicking SEVERAL times will get the layer to show, but usually I have to restart the program. Is anyone else having this issue? I also had the same issue in ArcGIS Desktop 10.3...I was hoping upgrading to the new version would fix the problem.
