Selecting non duplicate records in two different fields

Hello!  I am trying to find rental properties in my community.  I have a parcel shapefile that contains a site address field and a mail address field.  If the site address and mail address match, it would be a good indicator that that parcel is not a rental.  If they don't match, it should be a rental property. 

My question is this:  How do I select those records that do not match between both fields?    

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  This seems like a simple task, but I am stumped.  Thanks!

You can use ArcGIS Pro's Select by Attribute tool.  You will select Fields and then choose the appropriate field:
