Recently we have been getting a number of errors and having difficulty with connections.
Oracle 11.2.0.1 64 bit RAC Windows 2008
ArcSDE 9.3.1 SP2 Windows 2008
Our citrix ArcView users are generating the following error in sde_racdb_sde.log using SDE connect:
[Fri Jul 22 10:11:06 2011] [11536] [blade03] db_array_fetch_spix_recs OCI Fetch Error (932)
[Fri Jul 22 10:11:06 2011] [11536] [blade03] load_buffer error -51 on LRS_2010_FCV, rowid -1
My gismgr_racdb_sde.log is full of sporadic errors:
Spatial Engine Connection Failed (-51).
Cannot Get Access to Instance racdb_sde
[Fri Jul 22 10:12:37 2011] [0] [GIOMGR] Error (-51):Couldn't Start Server Task.
And all users - both SDE and Direct Connect (via Citrix and non-citrix) are getting sporadic connection errors:

Do I have a corruption? A memory leak? A buffer problem? Help!
