Mark areas with different colors in Openstreetmaps?

Hi,
I have an Basemap (Openstreetmap) with an area marked with different colors depending of landuse. I would like to create a polygon with all the Purple areas marked as polygons. Is that possible and how do I do that? What kind of tool do I use?
I am using ArcGIS/ArcMap 10.3
I am not that skilled in GIS-softwares yet
