I mean ProgeCAD, not ProCAD.......but anyway, I have been using an Import Plugin from CEOComm which has allowed me to convert ESRI GIS (FFX County, VA original database) Shape Files to ACAD Files, but I can't figure out how to also import/merge the accompanying SHX and DBF Files into CAD format with the shapefile info for each CAD File.
I assume one or both of those two related file types have the text with which the shape file would be labelled, as labeling text is absent in the shapefile when converted.
