Import owner of property from digital katastre

Hey there!

Is it possible to import the owner of properties into arcgis? I know that this function is supported in other GIS systems (like rmDATA). The information is contained in .txt files which are given in addition to the .dxf files of the digital katastre. I've attached examples of this files.

Does anyone have experience with this?
