How to resize polygon with no distortion.

as above image,
i want resize polygon with no distortion.

and, it is the best way using scale unit(like a x10, x1/4 etc..)

how can i do this work??

please, tell me a solution! ^^

You could convert it to a graphic, then right click on it and resize it in different ways in Properties - Size & Position while preserving the aspect ratio.  Then convert the graphic back to a shape.

Use the Scale tool.

If you go to customization type in scale in the commands area it is in the Editor Category

This will resize your polygons without changing the shape.

Just make sure you don't mess with the geographic center point.  it is the anchor.

i had converted to graphic. but now, i want to know how to convert the grphic back to a shape....^^;;
